    Cost codes and postage

Do any of your firms use Stamps.com and its cost codes for postage? My firm is considering switching over, but I'd like to get a better idea of how the system works before we make the switch.

I haven't tried it but it's worth taking a look on their website. I'm sure you get a printer or something and you weigh and print out your postage. You are then billed in a lump sum.

I use Stamps.com for my candy business so I can't speak for the legal end of it, but it works really well for shipping out my packages. It doesn't take long to weigh and print postage...probably wouldn't be too hard to do the cost codes either.

Another small business owner here who uses Stamps.com. I haven't used the legal cost codes because I ship crafts, but I'm really happy with the service to far. I'm saving some money on supplies because some are free and I can get discounts on the more expensive shipping types.
