Contract HELP

Hello YE,

I am sending somebody some of my products for free (from US to Canada) and in return, the person I sent them to will make DVDs, books, website, etc. with my product featured in it.

My question is - where do I find the contracts that will allow me to:

1) be able to reproduce the DVDs, books, etc. and sell them on my own without charges

2) have something saying that if the DVDs, books, website, etc. is not completed in X amount of time, I will get my product back.

Anybody know where I can find a draft for these types of contracts, or what they are called?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
