I would like to know whom I can address and tell them what internet skills I am great at and proven in, so they can suggest me what kind of website business to go for?

I would possibly do anything in the field of social networking with some specific thematic orientations.

Another question : Are there any consultants out there, who would offer me a partnership, if they evaluate my idea as profitable? Partnership in terms that I do the admin work, and they do the tech work, and then share the profit?
