I was approached by a US motorsports company to design some parts for their race team which I am currently doing and I can see this expanding. Since most motorsports industries in North America are in the US, I was wondering how or what I can do to start a business in the US. All the distributors, and manufacturers are in the US hence the need to warehouse and accept funds within the US.

Can I get a Canadian business license and accept fund in Canada but do all my warehousing and manufacturing in the US? Can I get a US business license without being a citizen? What can I do ?
