Can this be a real loan contract?

I got contact with a guy that claims that he is a private investor. He sent me the contract written in German. It has also been translated by a proffessional translator to english.

I think that the contract look un-proffessional. Can this really be a real contract?

Please read it both in german and english and comment it.

The english contract is in a PDF and the other in jpg.

I'd avoid. Hell, a contract in English can be interpreted SO many ways. Now try a contract that's been interpreted through languages. Get it in English. Originally.

^^Agreed. Get it in English in their own words.

I used to deal with contracts that would be written in French and English and executed simultaneously. That's an option.

Read everything and decide upon it. Don’t let anybody hurry you. Find out the little things you can use to negotiate a better deal. Remember that a well-used loan can mean much more to you than it does to any lender. The lump sum you get can leverage big business. Even if it is a small loan, the proportional business it can give you is big, compared to your present condition.
