My older brother just formed Eco Shield of Missouri LLC . So yes I believe that you are allowed to.
I do not see why not, you can name a business after a street or a town. Check with your local state to be certain which you will have to do anyway in order to form a business entity unless you will be operating as a sole proprietor in which case you will have to open a dba and check with your local govt either way. :-)

I don't see why there will be a problem. Contact a local lawyer just in case, because laws may vary by state, city, etc..
I've never heard you can't, so it should be OK. If you have any doubt though, check it out with a lawyer.
