Hi Levi,
I've used a call center known as SCI Live, and I must say, I've been impressed thus far. They've been professional, have helped immensely in managing my call traffic, and has made my business more productive by allowing me to focus on other tasks outside of taking calls.
The only quibble I would like to point out is that they are not a personal, trained employee that knows your business inside and out. I suggest doing some homework, but if you are willing to take the leap, I encourage you - anyone, really - to look into SCI Live.

I have used SCI live before with mixed results..., They do have a good support and back up though. Maybe i should try them again.

To use theses services you need a hell of a lot of traffic and sales from the traffic to substantiate the costs involved, in other words is your company big enough to support this at the present time?
It depends on the business. I wouldn't do it because I know customers dont want to wait for a agent to look up a canned response when they could very well look it up themself from the site.
