Hi, I'm thinking of starting IT outsource service company, however, there are 4 existing big players in this industry, they have pretty much similar offers, how do I differentiate and positioning myself so I don't have to against them ?
Thanks

What value do you add? Start by determining what unmet needs/wants exist w/in your market and build you service around it.
Bigger isnt always better. Often smaller companies competing against established players emphasize the service aspect of their business.
keep in mind not to re-invent the wheel. Get established first with maybe some minor differences ("improvements" over the competition). After you are established a little, then break out the bigger changes.
Stay focused on your customer and what their needs/wants are.
Your own creativity and PROPERLY implimenting those ideas into your business is what will set you apart from your competition.
