Best way to look for partner?

Hello all-

How is everyone doing? I am just curious on how to go about looking for someone good with web design to like partner up with on starting a website venture. I just posted another thread asking if there was a easy self teaching web design software, but just incase that is not an option I wanted to know where or how to find a web site savy partner?

Any help would be appreciated thanks..

Try searching on http://www.linkedin.com for web designers in your area and contact them directly. You will see how many of them have endorsements (if any), what their work history is, specialities, etc.
