Ave. Price per Sq. Ft in mall

Hey..so we are located in a S.W. FL mall, and I'm wondering if anyone knows where or how I can find the average, or going rate per sq. ft. for an in-line store in the mall. Basically, I think I'm paying too much for rent, and would like to bring it up to my leasing agent, but would like to something to back me up. Anyone know of any websites where I can find that info? Anyone out there in an in-line store? What are you paying per sq. ft.? I can't use it as backup when I speak to them, but just for my own info.
    Thanks.

Why don't you phone around the area related to yours and ask the listing agents? That's how you get the actual average because every area is different from your location. LA, NY, Chicago will have higher numbers than FL.

Besides, you can always negotiate terms with agents pre-signing of the lease. Remember that they want your business, control the situation at the bargaining table.

Contact commercial real estate agents in the area and pick their brain.
