Hi guys,
I am working in this local copy center in melb, aust for about 3 years now.. i have been working there part time for 2 years and i was recently employed full time for about 6 mnths now. Our business is mostly A4 - A0 color printing, binding, framing, t-shirt prints and many more. Our selling point is that we are able to provide prints fast and to offer the best customer service. It usually takes 1 - 2 days.
Now i am sort of acting manager when my operations manager is away..
My kind employers has given me an opportunity to go out and bring back sales.
I have no experience with this method of sales. I haven't done this before. The only sales experience i have is customers walking into the center and asking me for service.
They suggested me to do cold calling. I am sure this is the bare minimum
Any advise on where to start?
