Hi I am in the process of starting an online community targeted for youth of the Caribbean with the hope of generating revenue from provide advertising services for businesses that target the youth in the Caribbean e.g Departmental stores, fashion, night clubs and so on.

First question do you think this is a good idea?

I have got a web design already (I am a web designer and developer). I need help with the start up stuff.
Like a Standard process I must go through to start on the right foot.
