I used LegalZoom for my LLC... It was about $500 or so, but worth it.

What all did you get for the $500? A simple registration of your LLC with the Sec. of State should only run you about $100.

Is it really spam if you don't know what it says?

If a tree falls in the woods and no one hears it, did the tree really fall?
