Vinyl Toy Compliance

Hi

I'm trying to import Vinyl toys from China and my concern would be is there any regulations or standards that I need to meet before importing to U.S so that they wont take away my toys? or what are some of the things that I need to consider when comes to testing the toys ? Where can I find informations on toy compliance?

The Consumer Product Safety Commision is a government agency that works to ensure safe produucts reach consumers. Many manufacturers and distributors undergo testing to ensure their products meet required safety standards. Safety standards are published by a number of agencies, in the U.S. it may be ANSI or UL or IEC or ISO or any number of organizations. If you are looking for product testing, you should start with an accreddited third part testing laboratory such as Underwriters Laboratories (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.).
