Urgent Tax advice for UK-owned US Business

    Dear all,

I have recently formed an LLC in Delaware. My business is an online advertising website (eBusiness) that operates solely in the United States. However, I run the business directly from my the UK. I have setup a number of mail forwarding addresses in the US which forward everything on to myself in the UK.

I have been informed that I will pay yearly franchise tax and a yearly registered agent fee. What I do not know is what other tax do I have to pay? Will I have to pay any tax in the UK as well? Also, will it make a difference whether my business bank account is located in the UK or the US?

From my research I believe I only pay sales tax if I have 'nexus' in my state of operation, but because I have no 'physical' address in the US I wont need to pay any sales tax?

As you can guess this week is a busy week as I've started the ball rolling setting everything up.
