Should we have universal legal care for small businesses? Pro-Con. I understand that people want to have universal health care. How about universal legal care where the government guarantees that every small businesses will recieve proper legal representation and adequate legal services when they need it? Many people will quickly assume that if a small business needs legal services, it is corrupt or they are run by idiots who put themselves in a legal situation. Please debate.

P.S. IMHO, Bad things happen to good and smart businesses. Now you know I am not an attorney. Universal legal care would be poisonus to the legal profession.
