Sale Or Return Contract

I've got a meeting with a shop owner tomorrow about taking on my product sale or return. If it goes well, I'll need to draft a contract. I'm not sure what I need to include in it? What do you all suggest?

Though it's probably not a huge help, you should probably consult with an Attorney willing to be a "legal coach" for this type of contract; generally, using a downloaded form contract off of the internet can lead to big problems later when previously misunderstood terms or omissions come back to bite you.
