Risk of being scam
I have the following payment term set forth by the seller if i wish to deal with him on some stock.


Payment Terms: Amex Card, Visa, Mastercard, ( authorization form)
Swift Wire Transfer
Irrevocable Confirmed letter of Credit with 5%
Performance Bond.


base on the above statement, is there a risk of scam and how can i avoid scam over purchasing huge product unit like 100 piece from a wholesale outside my country
