    Representation

Hi Guys I want to start a service for delivering alcohol to people in my area, but I don't have the required license to do so, only grocery stores and corner stores have that right with their alcohol license. Is it possible to use the license of a customer, ie. a grocery store or corner store. through a consulting or representation contract to be able to do that? Meaning I will bring alcohol for the store while remaining an independent contractor, if it's possible how could I put that in a contract.

    Cheers

For such specific questions you will really need to consult a lawyer familiar with your local laws. Your city could have regulations on top of the city, on top of the county... state.... etc. etc.
