    replicas

Hi I have some items on ebay, but recently I have been talking to a supplier that one of my friends sent me to who says his ralph lauren and lacoste shirts are just over productions but are authentic? I order some just to make sure they were real and honestly I cant tell the difference they look real to me, is there a way to say they are fake? Also is it legal to sell these on ebay?

No it's not legal but I believe many still do. There's a 95% chance they are fake.

No you will get your account banned. Honestly it's a decent way to make some short term cash as long as you can get away with it but I wouldn't bank on it long-term.

Selling replica items in the USA is a misdemeanor as long as the value is below $5,000 (I think that's the number)... Don't ask me how I know

My advice don't waste your time, when I was younger I got into replicas, at first unknowingly but once things started rolling I knew what I was doing, the profits were, well they were like stealing money. But, its not worth it, you will eventually have to shut down, or get shut down. Negligence is not going to get you out of any trouble...
