registered agent

Hi

Does NYS requires LLC companies to have a registered agent ? I've been asking a lot of people, some said yes and some said no. I'm confused.

I can't speak to NY specifically, since I'm not familiar with NY law, but typically you must have a registered agent, but you can actually be that registered agent.

The problem is my company address is an P.O.BOX address and registered agent address can not be an P.O. BOX address. Im so confused.
