Paying taxes in two countries?

Hey guys,

I am an Australian citizen, and am looking at incorporating in Delaware. Just wondering if anyone had any idea whether I am taxed in both the US and Australia? Eg; US sales tax and Australia income tax at the same time.

I haven't researched AUS law, but if you're a corporation, you're going to get taxed in the US (I assume you're talking C corp). AUS law will also apply. Need to talk to an atty.

Do you intend to become a resident in the US? Are you going to establish permanent residence here or are you just opening a company here? Do you intend to operate the company here or just incorporate here? This is what I do, so if you want to chat, I would be happy to answer questions for you.
