Non-Profit Organization

I'm looking to start up a Military focused Non-Profit Organization. At this point I think what I need most is to talk to a tax attorney about getting started, and what I'm going to need and whatnot.

I would prefer an attorney in Pinellas County (near me), but am willing to talk to a good one. If anyone has suggestions, or is one, I'd love to get your opinion on somethings and advice on others.

To search for an attorney: Lawyers, Find a Lawyer, Law Firm & Attorney Directory - martindale.com. However, your best bet is to ask around in the area for recommendations.
