    On your end, it was definitely self defense. Don't tell the cops you know jitsu unless they ask.

    But, once your friend sealed the deal with the pepper spray, he could be the one ending up with some charges because he took it another unnecessary mile.

    i say call the guy up! tell him you want a straightner. then its ends there.

    if you a serious young entreprenuer youll charge people to attend and watch, you could even sell snacks ringside

    No, assuming your account of the situation is factual. You won't be doing any jail time. In fact, you could sue as assault & battery is both a civil and criminal tort. I doubt the other kid who is 19 will do jail time though. Probably several months of probation and if they can find substantial evidence that alcohol was involved then probably motor diversion also. You should contact the police ASAP, you are a minor and the other guy is a 19y/o. They will definately be on your side. JuJitsu or whatever is entirely irrelevant.
