need legal help! need lawer to hae lawsuit overseas

Hi i need help badly theirs this company that sells OEM products as in they manufacture goods such as electronics. i was kinda helping find clients and stuff but i couldnt do a good job since i need sample in hand. i had to purchase a sample from them so i said ok then changed my mind since i dont have the money and that i'm paying through western union even if they show me documents still i'm not sure i'll get it. they got mad at me since they got the product ready and said they'll hurt me if i dont give them the money . i want to have a lawsuit with them funny thing is one person is using another persons identity and company. the company is real to an extent but located in china. what should i do i realy want to have lawsuit since their not fully legtimate and threaten my life.

actualy they scamed alot of people and using another companies identy and one person identy also which sucks. so basicaly trying to stop a corupt company not funny at all
