Hi guys,

I have a company registered in the UK, but the thing is I know longer live there. As such it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep records up to date. I have been told by Companies House that they are proposing to dissolve it.

Now, the thing is I have since relocated to another country but I still wish to use my company accounts in the UK. Basically, it's tied to my paypal account and I often use it to pay some suppliers in the UK; and sometimes vice versa.

It seems like a mess to be honest, and I'm not sure how to approach it. If the company gets dissolved the accounts will be frozen, which is not ideal.

If I was in the US it might be a bit easier but I'm in a developing country which makes things a bit more complex.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any ideas how to go about this?
