Exclamation Need Help Protecting Our Business...

I'm in the process of starting a retail web-site. I want to know what steps I should take in order to protect the name of the web-site, our company name, logo. etc. And I also would like to know what licenses/permits I may need to run an online retail store......THANK YOU.

To protect personal assets you first have to start a corporation or LLC. Acting as a sole proprietor which you are doing, someone can go after you personally. Visit our site for more info. below.

OK, so if I form a corporation or LLC, you're guaranteeing that someone can't go after me personally?
