Need Help Preparing To Start Up

So I'm preparing to start up I am fully prepared got all my ideas and everything but what is the first step into making the dream a reality, I am starting up a single store and I have the location sorted and there are spaces for me to start up, if you need any more information just ask.

i would suggest writing a business plan. its a great exercise to get your thoughts out on paper, forecast revenues, get a sense of how you will market you product, and any other thingsyou may not have thought of
