logo contract to give graphic designer

Hi, everyone
I m in the phase of writing my business plan. I have ideas for designing a logo for my business. I am afraid of my logo being duplicated or distributed by the designer. So i am asking if anyone has any contracts or agreements that i can give to the designer. Any suggestion is welcome

thats true, but i would still like to have some kind of agreement between me and the designer on paper. Looked at your website pretty creative, looks good

thanks man that is mainly band work and so forth, have a lot more but its not live on the web yet but we do a lot of different styles.

let me know what you are looking for and we can work together on something.
