    Legal Advice Needed

One of my companies is holding a contest where the prize will be a $100 Visa giftcard. Do I need to get Visa's permission to use their name on my site?

As stupid as this sounds... call Visa and ask to speak to their legal department. They should be able to tell you. Also, never seek free legal advice as it is normally worth what you pay for it... 'nothing'
