Is it legal to sell stuff online?

Is it legal to sell 100% authentic stuff from retail online?

For example LV bags, hugoboss suits, celine wallets, guess high heel shoes, i mac, ipod, playstations...

If I actually buy them via the shop, and sell them online (this sounds dumb but i'm asking in general with regards to legality), stating that all brand names product design etc etc belongs to the rightful owner..

is it illegal?

Hi Dave,
Yes it is legal to sell any stuff online untill you are abiding to sales law of country. For e.g. you cant charge above MRP & you have to pay sales tax (if applicable) and local octroi etc. You cant even sell those products where re-sell is legally protected by the manufacturer.

I am trying to get my head around part of your question you say that you are going to buy these legal goods from these legal shops and sell them online as original items and you are hoping to make a profit after all that is what business is all about. But with your profit on top that would make you more expensive that the original shop would it not because i cannot see you getting them at a reduced price,so it would make sense for the customer to go straight to the shop in the 1st place and also they will be assured that these items are original.

Please note this is only my thought on this subject.
