Great comment. Online legal forms are just as Byzantium mentioned - Generic. There are circumstances where such a form is sufficient. However, you are not in a position to determine whether it is sufficient. Only an attorney will be able to identify all the legal issues surrounding the situation, issues of which you may have never considered or even been aware.
Additionally, the majority (or at least a large number) of attorneys will provide free consultation. I would personally never pay $100 consultation fee, but that is just me.
Either way, you are best off consulting an attorney rather than using an online form. Hell, take the online form with you to have the attorney look at it and explain what issues will be raised by using the form, and then you can determine what your best option is.

You see, sometimes because they are so generic, there are specifics in your business that needs to be incorporated. I'm not sure what business you are in-but seeing that you have people out there that are representing your business but are independent contractors, I would be really careful.
I got a lawyer. I'm not sure where you are. She's in San Gabriel Valley. Please PM if you are interested. I'd hate for you to send your sales dogs out and they mess up your company because they have no care for your reputation and dreams.
Be on the safe side and have the contract reviewed and your business evaluated so an attorney can structure this right for you.
