I have an idea for a small business venture selling a specific shirt to be worn as a required uniform in a lot of fields... I am set up to do business in multiple locations in the state of florida without the need of a warehouse or facility at the moment. What type of business structure would you advise me to consider? What are the tax benefits of each structure? A lot of personal charges would be required so I would also be looking to write those off as business expenses... what course of action should I take?
