Hi!

I'm wondering on how to handle this situation:

A family is unhappy with our service - and has decided to go public with her issue. She has contacted CBC News about it. Should I do the interview? or just leave it? The issue at hand is lack of communication - and because she didn't here from us, she panicked -- understandably so... and now she feels we've ran away with her money -- but we haven't, we are dealing with government red tape, and delays are out of our hands.


A Craigslist posting has also been circulated in different provinces, countries.. with my name and company name as headings followed by FRAUD and SCAMMERS -

The bad thing is that if a potential customer was to google our company or my name this posting would come up in the search results... how do I respond to this?

Depends if they are going to run a story on it either way. If so, you want to get your word in. Regarding the fraud accusations, is it true? Are people knowingly posting false statements about you?
