having different business?
What would be the best way to go about this. I have 2 different business ventures, 1 its just me and the other is with a partner. what would be a good structure.

for me to in corporate 2 different companies
one by myself and one with my partner or should i form 1 single company and joint that one with my partners?

Second question: Do you want your partner to own half of the venture that you currently operate on your own?
