What if I want an LLC? From your name it looks as though you only handle Corporations.

Are you sure you're not "registering" your LLCs, and "incorporating" just your corporations?

I would assume a legitimate company in your line of work would know the difference.

No, you can incorporate both the LLC and any other entity. Registering, forming, organizing, and incorporation are the same words, except the type of the entity you are organizing.

A C-corp or general corp or s-corp all are stock companies, while an LLC is just an interest-member, but can be re-organized into a stock entity. You can initially form an LLC and then later on re-organize it into a C-corp or s-corp, or whatever else you want.
