E-commerce terms & conditions etc..

Anyone have any guidelines for coming up with terms and conditions for conducting business online on a budget? I am sure I could pay an attorney to do it but I think it is something we could do on our own. I just do not want to be like a lot of online retailers who just copy and paste..

My best suggestion is to go to a local university\college and see if they have any free help around. I know a few people who have been successful doing this and its good for both sides as the students get a chance to practice their skills (with assistance from their professors) and the low cost start up owner receives free advice or at a minimum cheap legal work.
