Drug sales in Australia

Hello all you beautiful people.
Before i begin, thank you for taking the time out to read my post.

I wanted to know what the laws are in Australia for selling herbal highs. For example caffeine, ginseng, guarana, Nodose. Do you need a license or can you just import it and then go for your life.

Thanks guys.

Depends on how your selling them. If you selling them alone without mixing them with anything then your going to need a license.

In Australia, this stuff is regulated by the TGA and the DFA
I am not aware that either one of the regulators has any special rules relevant to the sale of "caffeine, ginseng, guarana, Nodose".
As far as I know, you are able to sell these things inside Australia without the need for any special lisenses. The only requirement is that you have an ABN...and that's about it

Ok. Great thanks guys.

The thing is, i can get my hands on this stuff from over seas its not caffeine, ginseng, guarana or Nodose, it is also not illegal and it does not have a class as of such however it has similar effects to caffeine, ginseng, guarana and Nodose. Its a sort of mood enhancer.

now what do you think?

P.s. I have imported some samples and they got through customs with no problems.
