Hi everyone,

I want to get into a partnership wherein I fund the operation and my partner would manage the project. This is because I dont want to give up my day job as yet.

My partner could:
a) Not give me my fair share of the profit.
b) Oh, I dont know, maybe find some legal point and claim money from me.

Could you all share some thoughts on the pitfalls and how I could protect my investment?

Also, what sort of agreement should I sign and get my partner to sign?

FYI - I am in Singapore.
