    Do I need their permission????

I am about to launch a food delivery business. Do I need permission from the restaurants before putting their menus on my website?

PS: people will order food from different restaurants on my website, and i will be in charge of the delivery.

One, how will you be able to handle that?

two, how exactly do you make money?

Three, If your benefitiing someone I doubt they will give you any greif over it.

But again, How will you be able to handle all of that?

    Hi YA,

I would start positive relationships with the store managers and they can drive you business from time to time. IF they are too busy for deliveries, you can be their back-up valve. If they don't normally do deliveries, then you are providing a service that will bring them additional revenue. The store managers would be able to tell you if you need corporate approval.

    Good Luck!

Hopefully you have insurance part taken care of, because if not and your insurance company finds out that you use the vehicle for food delivery they will either drop you or majorly increase your rates.

To be honest, I didnt even know restaraunts delivered.

I just don't see how this could be a good business, ( im not discouraging you)

    1. Gas prices are through the roof, so you might wanna stay away from using vehicles, enless aboslutley ness.

    2. How big would your radius of restaruants that you would cover be?

Oh and as for the permission.

Your giving THEM publicity, I dont see why they would have ANY problem with that.

Just price is one of my advertisement tools. people don't want to drive their car anymore. I do want to drive my car to make 15 to 20 per delivery. I will work in a 5miles radius
