I am a event organizer. I need help creating a contract with a small investor. The investor is investing 1k. ROI=150% due 48 hours after the event has been held (which will be a date). If anything shall go wrong where the funds are not made back I shall have 1 month to come up with the reinbursment with an additional 20% interest on the loan. Thats basically it there. But does anywhere know if I am missing anything or where I could find some type of layouts, investor contracts, agreement etc. How should I set it up??

Yeah, reason why is because the investment is for facility rental and must be paid in full 24 hours before the event. So say if the fee was paid on Friday and we hold the event on Sunday, Not to much time in between.

Also 4 weeks before this the deposit amout is made to hold the selected date, therefore you will have the proper time to follow a promotion shecdule.

I would too. Just trying doing a search for sample contracts of the sort you are looking for. I should be too hard to find.
