Well, I have an idea for a website that I think is rather good and -- too my knowledge -- has not been done yet.
I wanted to know if you are supposed to patent the idea for your website. I am not real big on legal stuff, so I apologize if this seems like a dumb question.

If your website biz has a unique business model you can apply for a business model patent. The application process is very expensive and very difficult to qualify for.
