I was thinking about starting a local Bachelor Party Service. I'll be providing dancers for any kind of bachelor or sporting event party. Prices will be according to packages. It's just an idea right now, so I wanted to know what kind of business license I will need to acquire. Also, will I need certain contracts for the girls or security I'll be hiring. As well as contracts for customers.

You might be considered an employment agency and may need to have a license and bonding. What state are you in?

I also see something about getting an adult license. Will that be necessary since I'm dealing with exotic dancers?
