Arrow Best and Affordable Legal Writters Online

Hello everyone at YE. I'm wondering If anyone here knows a reliable company that is affordable and good at writting legal documents online.

I am asking this question because lawyers are not on my budget level. I'm going to need a professional written terms and conditions for a entertainment social network. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

just look online. No sense in paying for one. They are all off a few standard formats unless its some EXTREMELY unique site. Just modify it to your site or look at your competitors and compare yours to theirs. They are all over for free on the web.

There is sense in paying for one. I am not sure if you are based in the US but a contract (or any legal document) is only there to help in a defense of a legal issue. A contract of any type is not something that stops a legal issue from happening. An example is a Waiver of Liability which on paper put all liability on the client and not the company. But they can still easily take you to court with multiple excuses; wrong wording used, was rushed into signing, didn't understand what I was signing, ect. If you have a well written Waiver of Liability you than have a well developed defense. So I would spend something on a contract so in case you do have a legal issue you will have a better defense. There a few lawyers who stop in on YE so they be able to help or post your requirement on eLance.com

I know this. He can get a stock one and modify it to suit his needs, then present it to a lawyer. That is what I was told to do by my lawyer.

    Ah, ok.

Well Ive contacted a entertainment lawyer in my state and asked for a waiver of liability, so maybe I should re-mail them and ask for a contract.

I agree with jmandgroup. It is beneficial to consult with an attorney. Each business is original and therefore it is optimal for you to have your terms and policies written directed at your needs. It's not advisable to just pull one from the internet or copy another's.
Our office deals with entertainment law. If you would like to speak to one of our attorneys, we do charge a minimal consultation fee of $50. Although we are located in NJ, we may still be able to assist you with your website and consultations can be done by phone or in person.
If this is of interest to you please email me.
