Go to my website listed below..on the left where it says business filing requirements, click on that. I have all 50 states listed, you can look for Penn, click on that and it should take you to the informational site that tells you what to do for filing an LLC. You can form an LLC in many other places as well. Delaware has great formation benefits if you want to think about that as a option. The Delaware Company provides a lot of great information on these benefits.
