Adult Website Question

What legal documentation is required for a TGP Affiliate Marketing website of an adult nature? If you Google “TGP” you will find that pretty much all of them (those that I have seen, anyway) will open up directly to adult content. Most of those sites do have a disclaimer at the bottom, however none that I have seen have any kind of “warning” that you are about to “view” adult content.

Since TGPs are only promoting other adult websites that most indeed are required, and in most cases have complied with the 18 USC 2257 laws as well as other age verification requirements, does a TGP website still have to also comply with the 18 USC 2257 record keeping laws?

Wouldn’t it be sufficient enough to at least have a statement stating that all of your “third party” sponsors are 18 USC 2257 compliant? Any thoughts, anyone? I really could use the help on this matter.
