Both are highly important.
In addition to what TRemming stated, PR can also be a factor based on how many other reliable websites link back to your website.
Also when using keywords, try to not use generic keywords like "marketing" but use keywords in phrases like "orlando marketing firm"

I believe for getting local traffic to your site and for product sell, SERP is more important as compared to PR
