I wanted to ask your advice on hiring a business development / marketing professional. We have a mobile social application that has gotten over 100,000 downloads across our iPhone, Android, and BlackBerry platforms. So we're looking for someone to lead business sales, preferably with contacts in apparel retail, fashion, and manufacturing. And all compensation would be a percentage of revenue.
