What type of marketing is for you?

Marketing is a vast area. We can not divide it in just one or two types. However a small question of how many types of marketing are there will require an answer of many pages.
In today's scenario the only type of marketing that matters me and my business is inbound marketing and outbound marketing.
Outbound Marketing is what I prefer saying indigenous marketing. In this type of marketing comes all the forms of direct marketing. In this type of marketing we meet our prospect clients and majority of our work is done on field.
I personally feel that Outbound marketing is one of the reasons that people don't think of marketing as a long term and an effortless job. It is not actually all about efforts too because every work requires effort. Its just the case that Outbound marketing requires a little more of physical work and comparatively fewer good results.
In short outbound marketing is a marketing in which we have a limit that we can accesss this many number of clients every day. No matter how much we try we can not cross that number and even if we do, its just equal to the original one.
Second is the inbound marketing. Inbound marketing is what i love to do for my business.
Inbound marketing refers to all the social media optimization, search engine optimisation , bloging etc. The best thing that i like about social media is that we can reach to a large number of people without irritating them . In this kind of marketing you need not convince people for taking your services. You just need to do your routine work of updating every information about yourself that could be useful to the visitors. the information we display converts those visitors into our leads.
I wont say that Inbound marketing does not require any exertion. The exertion might not be physical but definitely is mental as I have certain responsibility for my viewers who regularly come to my blogsite in expectation of something good to read. It is really dificult to work under such pressure. however this pressure works for us very well as it keeps that driving force alive in us of writing something good.
I think inbound marketing is very important today. Because today if people have found out 1000's of ways to do out bound marketing then the prospect clients have developed millions of ways to prohibit those marketers to reach to them. Today we can not send bulk mails and do bulk calls as we use to do in past. Even if we make calls to any prospect then it turns out to be a very negative thing for us, until we are born very lucky .
At such times Inbound marketing comes for our rescue. We can add many clients to our list without actually irritating them. Another fact that i like about Inbound marketing is that we need not waste our time on people convincing them about how good we are. we just need to regularly update our profile and it will work automatically for us.
So i think All of you should give a try on Inbound marketing. If done properly it can create wonders for you and your business.
