Web Marketing and the Sole Proprietor

First post, I am excited to see an online forum with so much activity!

Quick business synopsis: Business intelligence development, this includes custom reporting solutions and the infrastructure configuration to handle it all.

I am struggling with the "about us" page of my website, as well as the whole idea of telling anyone "about us".

Is it silly for me to think that people will be turned off by the fact that it is just me, working part time? I feel like I'm lying whenever I type the word "we", there is no "we", just me.

Has anyone else had issues with this, what did you decide? Any guidance would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

Then instead of we, say "I" then & be proud of it..

Or you can termed "we" as a descriptive label to your business or servīces..

    Hello,

My best advice is to be honest-now you can be honest and be vague. Quite frankly I believe most clients of yours would not care too much. America is in a recession and people understand the scale down situation at most companies. Most people I have spoke to have been glad that I started a company-since it gives them hope in the economy. If you need any help with websites or Internet marketing, please visit our website below.
